Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unused, resaleable condition.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
